Aligned & Empowered
Mentorship Program
January 8th - February 26th, 2027
This mentorship is for yoga teachers who have completed their 200-hour training and are ready to take the next step, whether that means deepening their teaching, finding more confidence in their voice, expanding what they offer, or creating a more sustainable career in yoga.
I believe that growing as a teacher and growing your yoga business go hand in hand. We’ll work on both sides of that journey: refining your skills and developing your unique voice while also exploring how to attract more students, create meaningful offerings, and expand into workshops, retreats, online spaces, and beyond.
Schedule + Format
We will meet online every Friday. The time of day will be based on the people who sign up and what works best for everyone's schedules.
For the first week, we will begin with a group meeting to connect and integrate. In the following weeks, you will watch a video before we meet together. Our live online meetings will be dedicated to questions, discussion, and deeper integration of the material.
All videos will be available to you throughout the program, so if you need to miss a live session, you will still be able to fully engage with and benefit from the mentorship.
January 8 – Who You Are as a Teacher
Discover your unique teaching identity and clarify your “why.” We’ll explore your values, passions, and vision so you can feel rooted and authentic in your role as a teacher. Together, we’ll use your “why” to identify the students you’re most passionate about serving and create a mission statement that becomes a guiding light for the rest of your journey.
January 15 – The Art of Holding Space
Learn how to create safe, inclusive, and transformative spaces for your students while learning how to stay grounded and present yourself. We’ll explore mindful cueing, trauma-informed awareness, and the art of intentional space-holding, beginning with the understanding that how you show up matters. We’ll talk about nervous system regulation, cultivating your own presence, and setting yourself up for success not only in the classroom, but in all that you have to offer as a teacher.
January 22 – Giving a Good Dharma Talk
Bring yoga off the page and into your teaching by learning how to weave yogic philosophy into your classes in a way that feels natural, relevant, and authentic. We’ll take a deeper dive into the art of giving a meaningful dharma talk, not just at the beginning of class, but as a way to share teachings that resonate with your students and extend beyond the mat. This ability to connect movement with something deeper is what sets yoga apart from other forms of movement, and you can carry this skill into your classes, workshops, retreats, emails, and other offerings.
January 29 – Intelligent Sequencing
In this session, we’ll explore the foundations of sequencing from my perspective before going deeper into holistic movement practices and creative sequencing. We’ll look at how to use sequencing as a form of self-expression while also creating movement experiences that feel intuitive, intentional, and good in your students’ bodies. I’ve spent years refining my approach to sequencing, and I’m excited to share the tools, principles, and creative process that have shaped my personal style.
February 5 – Expand Your Offerings
Expand beyond studio classes by learning how to create meaningful workshops, retreats, and other offerings that allow you to share your gifts in new ways. We’ll explore themes, structure, logistics, and the key elements that make an event impactful and memorable. You’ll leave with practical tools and resources to help you plan your first offering, along with guidance and feedback on how and when to bring it to life.
February 12 – Authentic Online Presence
Find your voice in the digital space without losing your authenticity. We’ll take a deep dive into content creation, mindful branding, and the best practices for sharing and marketing your work so you can grow your online presence without feeling like you have to become someone you’re not. The goal is to make showing up online feel creative, intentional, and even fun—not something you dread or feel pressured to do.
February 19 – Building Community + Retention
Teaching is more than leading classes—it’s about building relationships and creating a community people want to be part of. We’ll explore practical strategies for cultivating connection, encouraging student loyalty, and staying engaged with your community both in person and online. From creating meaningful experiences in your studio to using email marketing and other tools to stay connected, you’ll learn how to nurture your community in a way that feels genuine and sustainable.
February 26 – Integration + Next Steps
Reflect on your growth over the past eight weeks and create a clear vision for where you want to go next as a teacher. Together, we’ll build a practical plan for 2027, identify the goals and offerings you want to prioritize, and explore ways to stay accountable and keep moving forward long after the mentorship ends.
Program Cost - $750
This investment includes all eight live group mentorship sessions, a complimentary 60-minute 1:1 mentorship call with Nico, and lifetime access to all prerecorded teachings, worksheets, tools, and resources. The value of this mentorship extends far beyond the eight weeks—we’re giving you resources you can return to throughout your journey as a teacher, whether you’re revisiting a concept, ready to launch a new offering, or simply looking for guidance as you continue to grow and evolve.
