200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training takes place in Bozeman, Montana at Your Yoga and is designed for those who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga in a consistent, immersive, and community-oriented environment.
Rather than a retreat-style training, this program meets on weekends, allowing you to stay grounded in your daily life while integrating the teachings over time. This structure supports a more sustainable and embodied learning experience, where concepts can be practiced, reflected on, and revisited throughout the training.
Over the course of the program, you will explore asana, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and the art of teaching. The training emphasizes both personal growth and practical application, helping you build confidence in your voice as a teacher while deepening your connection to your own practice.
This is a space for learning, exploration, and transformation — both on and off the mat.

Where is the training held?
The training is held in person at Your Yoga in Bozeman, Montana.
27 East Main St. 2nd Floor.
Is this training Yoga Alliance Certified?
Yes. Soulstice Yoga School is a registered yoga school through Yoga Alliance, and students who complete the training will be eligible to register as 200-hour yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
What style of yoga will we study?
This training is rooted primarily in vinyasa yoga while also exploring yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, subtle body teachings, energetics, and intelligent sequencing. The approach blends traditional yogic teachings with modern movement and nervous system awareness.
How much yoga experience do I need?
There is no requirement to be advanced in your practice before joining. We simply ask that students come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn. This training is designed to support a wide range of experience levels.
What makes this training different?
Soulstice Yoga School places a strong emphasis on intentional teaching, embodied learning, philosophy, creativity, and authentic connection. Students are encouraged not only to learn how to teach yoga, but to deepen their relationship to the practice itself. Many trainings have just one or two teachers but this Yoga Teacher Training brings in experts from all around the community to share their knowledge.
Will I be confident teaching by the end?
Yes. Throughout the training, students gradually build confidence through practice teaching, feedback, observation, sequencing exercises, and mentorship from lead trainer Nico Hurley and the guest teaching team.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. Students may either pay in full or reserve their spot with a non-refundable $500 deposit and pay the remaining balance over time through a payment plan.
What if I miss a session?
Because this is a certification program, attendance is important. If something arises, we will do our best to help you make up missed material whenever possible.
