200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Join Soulstice Yoga School for a hybrid 200-hour Yoga Alliance-recognized teacher training designed to combine the flexibility of online learning with the transformative power of an immersive in-person experience.
Beginning in November 2026, you'll receive access to 100 hours of self-paced online content covering yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, sequencing, and teaching methodology. You'll have six months to move through the material while receiving ongoing support through live group calls and mentorship.
Then, from April 19–30, 2027, we'll gather at Earth Lodge in Guatemala for an unforgettable two-week immersion overlooking volcanoes and the town of Antigua, Guatemala. Together, we'll bring the teachings to life through daily practice, discussion, hands-on learning, and practice teaching.
Whether your goal is to teach yoga professionally or simply deepen your relationship with the practice, this training will provide the knowledge, confidence, and support to help you grow both on and off the mat.

Schedule
Online Portion
You will gain access to the recorded online content on November 1, 2026. These videos can be completed at your own pace, as long as you finish them before we meet in person.
Nico will also host bi-weekly Zoom meetings at varying times throughout the week to accommodate different schedules. These meetings are highly encouraged, but if you need to miss one, a recording will be available. This is a space to ask questions, dive deeper into topics, connect with one another, and begin building community before we arrive in Guatemala.
In-Person Portion
We will meet at Earth Lodge outside of Antigua, Guatemala from April 19–30, 2027.
Our in-person days will be full and immersive. We’ll spend our time practicing with Nico Hurley and Max Palmer, practice teaching, exploring hands-on assists, participating in group discussions, and diving deeper into everything you’ve learned online. This is where we bring the teachings to life through practice, conversation, connection, and experience.

Is this training Yoga Alliance Certified?
Yes. Soulstice Yoga School is a registered yoga school through Yoga Alliance, and students who complete the training will be eligible to register as 200-hour yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
What style of yoga will we study?
This training is rooted primarily in vinyasa yoga while also exploring yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, subtle body teachings, energetics, and intelligent sequencing. The approach blends traditional yogic teachings with modern movement and nervous system awareness.
How much yoga experience do I need?
There is no requirement to be advanced in your practice before joining. We simply ask that students come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn. This training is designed to support a wide range of experience levels.
What makes this training different?
Soulstice Yoga School places a strong emphasis on intentional teaching, embodied learning, philosophy, creativity, and authentic connection. Students are encouraged not only to learn how to teach yoga, but to deepen their relationship to the practice itself.
Will I be confident teaching by the end?
Yes. Throughout the training, students gradually build confidence through practice teaching, feedback, observation, sequencing exercises, and mentorship from lead trainer Nico Hurley and the guest teaching team.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. Students may either pay in full or reserve their spot with a non-refundable $500 deposit and pay the remaining balance over time through a payment plan.

Because this is a certification program, attendance is important. If something arises, we will do our best to help you make up missed material whenever possible.
