I chose this venue for its simple beauty and the slower pace of life it invites. Located along the coast of Portugal near Ericeira, we'll start our mornings with slow, gentle movement before spending our days working with clay, horseback riding, wine tasting, and enjoying time together. I'm intentionally keeping this retreat small and intimate so I can spend time working one-on-one with each of you to develop a short, personalized daily practice that you can take home with you. My hope is that you leave feeling rested, inspired, and with something tangible to help you stay grounded and connected to yourself long after the retreat ends.

Meet Your Facilitator
Nico is a multi-faceted movement instructor who draws on powerful & creative flows to connect with the deeper spirituality of the yoga practice. Her classes & workshops will emphasize the way that movement makes you feel, not just how it looks.
Location
I chose Blanco Bungalow because I fell in love with its simplicity and natural beauty. Tucked into the Portuguese countryside near the coast of Ericeira, it feels like the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the little things. Our days will begin with gentle movement and time to connect with ourselves before heading into afternoons of horseback riding, working with clay, tasting local wines, or simply relaxing by the pool. I wanted this retreat to feel intimate and personal, with plenty of space to rest, explore, and enjoy being in Portugal.

Meals will be inspired by the fresh, simple flavors of Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on nourishing, anti-inflammatory ingredients. Think fresh local fish, seasonal vegetables, olive oil, herbs, and whole foods prepared in ways that highlight their natural flavors. Food will be an important part of the retreat experience, offering wholesome, satisfying meals that leave you feeling nourished and energized throughout your stay.
