What is Private Yoga?
A private yoga class is for anyone who wants to do yoga outside of public classes. You can set specific goals and work together with Nico on them or just have a privately led yoga class in studio or at your own home.

Monday 7:00am - Breath + Recovery Flow

Tuesdays 8:00am - Breathwork & Meditation
Wednesdays 5:30pm - Vinyasa
Thursdays 8:00am - Breathwork & Meditation

Sundays 6:00pm - Slow Flow + Yin
