200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Whether you dream of teaching yoga professionally or simply want to deepen your understanding of the practice, a 200-hour yoga teacher training can be a life-changing experience.
At Soulstice Yoga School, our training is designed to help you develop a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, movement, meditation, and teaching methodology while also cultivating confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful connection.
Led by Nico Hurley, these trainings are intentionally small, supportive, and highly interactive, creating space for each student to be seen, challenged, and supported throughout the journey.

Why take a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training?
Many people enroll thinking they want to become yoga teachers.
Others join because they simply love yoga and want to learn more.
Both reasons are perfect.
A yoga teacher training is one of the most comprehensive ways to deepen your relationship with yoga. You begin to understand not only what you're doing on the mat, but why.
You'll explore:
-
Yoga philosophy and history
-
Functional anatomy and movement
-
Breathwork and pranayama
-
Meditation practices
-
Intelligent sequencing
-
Yoga ethics and leadership
-
The art of holding space for others
As your understanding grows, your practice begins to feel richer, more intentional, and more meaningful.

You don't need to want to teach
One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga teacher training is that it's only for future yoga teachers.
Some graduates never teach a single public class.
And yet they often describe the experience as one of the most impactful things they've ever done.
Learning how to teach teaches you far more than how to lead a yoga class.
It teaches you how to communicate clearly.
How to share your ideas with confidence.
How to speak in front of people.
How to trust your voice.
How to organize and express what you know.
How to support others through challenge and growth.
These are skills that extend into relationships, careers, leadership roles, parenting, coaching, and everyday life.
Learning to teach yoga is ultimately an opportunity to learn how to show up more fully as yourself.

Lead Teacher
Nico Hurley
Nico has been teaching yoga for over seven years and has guided thousands of students through classes, workshops, retreats, and trainings.
Her approach blends intelligent movement, yoga philosophy, meditation, creativity, and authentic connection. She believes yoga is about far more than physical postures—it's a practice of becoming more present, more aware, and more fully ourselves.
Students appreciate Nico's ability to make complex ideas accessible while creating an environment that feels both challenging and deeply supportive.
Through Soulstice Yoga School, her goal is to help students develop not only knowledge and teaching skills, but confidence in their own voice and unique perspective.
